Orders placed before 12PM EST ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST ship out the following business day. All weekend orders ship out the following Monday.

RETURN POLICY
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you a full refund. Returned item(s) must be in a new and unworn condition with no marks and all packaging intact. We cannot accept any used/damaged items; any such items will be returned to the purchaser at their own cost.

Free delivery with purchases over $125. Shipping occurs in an authentic cigar box typical shipments weight under one pound.
